We specialise in the manufacture of thermocouples and resistance thermometers and this expertise translates in the manufacture of thermistor assemblies. Each year we supply volumes of thermistor sensors both for one-off and repeating contracts. Our thermistor assemblies are used in a variety of near ambient applications in many industries including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, dairy farming and instrumentation manufacture (such as weather stations and hand held instruments).

What is a Thermistor?
A thermistor is a thermally sensitive resistor that has a large and predictable change in resistance with temperature. Making it ideal as use as a temperature sensor. Thermistors can be an alternative to resistance thermometers as they display a high precision but they do have a limited temperature range of -90°C to 130°C.
Thermistor Assembly Design
We can manufacture and design almost any configuration of the thermistor probe assembly. Designs can be very similar to cable resistance thermometer designs. If you have a specific design or drawing we can manufacture your sensor. Alternatively, contact us to discuss your requirements.
