Glass Bubbler Assembly
Glass Bubblers are used in various glass manufacturing processes to inject gas into molten glass. The stirring effect of the gas flow, allows rapid colour changes to take place. As well as this by stirring the glass with a glass bubbler, hot spot bubbling can take place which improves the overall quality of the glass produced.
We can design and supply industrial glass bubblers which are designed and manufactured to your specification for use in new or existing glass bubbler systems. This may include changing the size of the gas duct holes, or changing the gas fittings at the cold end of the glass bubbler. Common designs include an inconel outer sheath with a recrystallised alumina inner tube.
